As a licensed general contractor for over 20 years, I have contracted and built several custom homes, designed and constructed residential additions and remodels. I have contracted to, and built several commercial buildings as well. For over 11 years, I have inspected more than 5,000 homes as a certified inspector with the California Real Estate Inspection Association, CREIA.
