I have been in the construction industry for over 37 years, and a licensed general contractor for over 25 years. During this time I have supervised, and worked on the construction of homes in several local subdivisions. As a General Contractor, I have built several custom homes, designed and constructed numerous residential additions and remodels. I have built several commercial buildings as well, and provided the necessary accommodations in those buildings for various types of businesses. For over 15 years, I have inspected more than 6,500 homes as a certified inspector with the California Real Estate Inspection Association, (CREIA). Having this extensive construction background is a unique advantage over other home inspectors, and allows me to convey my inspection findings in a manor that is basic, and easy for clients to comprehend.
